Make repayments in just a few taps with our mobile app. Simply download the Latitude App from the App Store or Google Play, then create your Latitude ID (this is different to your Online Service Centre login). Once your credit cards are linked, you’ll be able to make payments via bank transfer with your BSB and Account Number (Australia only).

Please be aware that bank transfer payments can take three business days to clear and you can only make one payment to your card account every five days.

We do not charge a fee for payments made via direct bank transfer on the Latitude App.

One of the quickest and easiest way to make repayments. Simply log into the Online Service Centre, click ‘Pay My Account’ and enter your bank details. Registering is easy and only takes a few minutes, just make sure you have your card or 16-digit account number on hand.

Please be aware that payments can take three to five business days to clear and you can only make one payment to your card account every five days.

We do not charge a fee for payments made via the Online Service Centre.

BPAY is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To make a payment, quote the Latitude Low Rate Mastercard Biller Code (8573), your account number and the amount you wish to pay.

If you’re paying by BPAY on your due date, you must complete the transaction before your bank’s cut off time, otherwise the transaction may be processed on the following day. Some BPAY payments can take up to three days to appear on your account.

A payment handling fee of $0.95 applies for all payments made via BPAY to pay your account.

  • What happens if I go over my credit limit?

    <p> You&#x2019;ll receive a message within two business days via either email, SMS or post from the time your account goes over limit. This is a free service provided to you. You should only receive one over limit alert between each statement period.     It&#x2019;s important to note that your credit limit can be different from your cash credit limit.   • How do I pay my account?

It also allows you to grant access to your additional cardholders, enabling them to manage the account too.

  • What is the difference between my existing Hallmark insurance product and the complimentary insurance?

    <p> In October 2018, new and existing Latitude Low Rate Mastercard customers will have access to Mastercard Travel Assist and complimentary insurance cover. The complimentary insurance is available under a Group Policy issued by AIG Australia Limited (AIG) to Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd, who is the policyholder. </p> <p> Some existing Latitude Low Rate Mastercard customers may have elected to purchase optional Account Protection which is a form of a consumer credit insurance product issued by Hallmark Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Hallmark General Insurance Company (trading as Latitude Insurance). It is not available to new customers. Existing customers who purchased Account Protection, will continue to receive it and will also have access to the complimentary insurance cover from AIG. </p> <p> Both Account Protection and the complimentary cover include benefits for certain price reductions, damage or theft of eligible purchases.
