Claim Number - Select this option if you are providing documentation for an existing claim. The Claim number can be found in the email/letter/SMS we recently sent requesting the additional documentation.
Online Reference Number - Select this option if you have not received a claim number. The Online Reference number is located on the acknowledgment email you received once you successfully submitted your claim online.
Lodgement Number - Select this option if you have been provided the details when completing an over the phone claim and further evidence was requested.
Customer Number - Select this option if you have not been provided with any of the above. You can contact our Customer Service team to obtain your customer number. If calling from Australia dial 1800 800 230 or from New Zealand dial 0800 220 999.
