Your Fitbit Ionic works exactly like your Latitude Visa or Mastercard.
Setting up your new Fitbit Ionic is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Download and open the Fitbit app on your Android or IOS smartphone and make sure your Fitbit Ionic is on and nearby.
Tap on the device and select the wallet option. Enter your Latitude Visa or Mastercard details and wait to be verified.
Just like your Latitude Visa or Mastercard you’ll need to set up a 4-digit PIN on your compatible Fitbit device.
Fitbit Pay makes shopping at your favorite places more seamless than ever.
Use the Fitbit app to add your credit card to any Fitbit Pay supported device. Then, use your device to complete purchases worldwide — at any store that accepts contactless payments.

There is no additional fee for using Fitbit Pay.
You can use Fitbit Pay when traveling internationally at stores that accept contactless payments. Note that international transaction fees may apply to purchases.
If you have a Latitude Infinity card or GO Mastercard
When you make purchases with Fitbit Pay, you’ll continue to earn points or rewards that your credit cards provide.

Use Fitbit Pay to purchase items in any store that accepts contactless payments.
The Wallet section of the Fitbit app is where you add and remove payment cards for Fitbit Pay, edit a payment method, and review recent purchases. If you lose your watch, you can also suspend the cards on it for added security.
To open the Wallet, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon, then your device image and click the Wallet tile.
To start, add at least 1 Latitude credit card to the Wallet section of the Fitbit app:
When you set up Fitbit Pay, you’re prompted to set a personal 4-digit PIN code. Every 24 hours, or the first time after putting the watch back on your wrist after taking it off you will be required to enter the four-digit pin.
You don’t need to have your smart device nearby to use Fitbit Pay. After you set up Fitbit Pay, you can make payments from your watch and leave your smart device at home.
If you have Latitude Visa card:
No, Fitbit Pay does not currently work at contactless enabled ATM’s.
If you have Latitude Mastercard:
Yes, you can withdraw cash or perform a balance enquiry using Fitbit Pay at contactless enabled ATM’s.
Yes, Fitbit Pay will allow you to add up to six cards to the Wallet app on each of your Fitbit devices.

Please note that you can always log onto fitbit.com to manage your account.
View your three most recent transactions made with Fitbit Pay in the Wallet section of the Fitbit app, or review all of your Fitbit Pay transactions on your credit card statements.

Fitbit Pay includes many security features. Fitbit Pay uses an industry-standard tokenization platform to ensure your card information is never revealed or shared with merchants or with Fitbit. Fitbit Pay also requires you to use a personal 4-digit device PIN code for an added layer of protection.
If you lose or misplace your watch, you should immediately remove or suspend the card you added to the device using the Wallet section of the Fitbit app. You can still make payments using the physical credit card.
Keep in mind that no one can use your watch to make a payment without first entering your personal 4-digit device PIN code.
