Latitude Financial Services announces two new Board members

Latitude Financial Services, a leading consumer finance business in Australia and New Zealand, has announced two new Non-Executive Directors to join its Board.

Mark Joiner and Alison Ledger are the two new independent Board members, with both having vast experience in corporate and financial services.

Mark's current board commitments are with NAB's asset management business and the Australian subsidiaries of the QBE Group. Previously, he served as NAB's Chief Financial Officer and as Executive Director, Finance and Executive General Manager – Strategy. Before his ten years with NAB, he spent several years in the US working with Citigroup. Mark has an extensive and impressive career as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group over a 15-year period working in both Australia and the US. Mark is also a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Alison brings a wealth of experience from her roles across Australia, the United Kingdom and USA. She is currently a Director with Arlington Capital, a Non-Executive Director with Countplus Limited and has recently served as an Executive Director of IAL Life. Alison spent close to a decade with Insurance Australia Group (IAG) in a number of senior management roles, including Head of Group Strategy and Executive General Manager, Product, Pricing and eBusiness. She also worked as a Partner with McKinsey & Company in the UK and Australia. Alison began her career as a banker and holds an MBA from Harvard.
