28 Degrees Platinum Mastercard Flight Delay Pass

Melbourne

Latitude Financial Services is pleased to announce a new complementary feature, Flight Delay Pass, to 28 Degrees Platinum Mastercard customers. This new benefit adds to the growing list of innovative features that offer cardholders convenience and savings while travelling.

If an airline announces a delay that exceeds two hours on a 28 Degrees Platinum Mastercard customer’s registered flight, they and up to four travel companions, will receive a LoungeKeyTM pass providing access to an airport lounge for complementary food, drinks and Wi-Fi, or alternative dining options where a lounge isn’t available.

Latitude’s General Manager, Cards & Partnerships, Ethan Sun, said this new feature provides another customer centric feature for 28 Degrees Platinum customers and helps to alleviate some of the pain when they’re faced with a flight delay.

“Latitude is proud to continue providing meaningful innovation and value to our 28 Degrees Platinum Mastercard customers. A delayed flight either at the start or the end of a holiday can really create a negative experience for customers, and having the Flight Delay Pass available will turn that experience around.”

To enjoy this benefit, customers will need to register their details at least six hours prior to the flight on the 28 Degrees Platinum Mastercard Flight Delay Pass website.

If the flight is delayed by two or more hours, registered cardholders and their registered travelling companions will receive an email and SMS with their LoungeKeyTM Pass, which can be presented at the participating airport lounge or alternative dining options.
