Rachel’s career has spanned five continents and three industry sectors; aviation, financial services, and media.
Rachel began her career in London before spending six years in Hong Kong, initially with Cathay Pacific Airways and then NBC Asia as the Asian Regional Marketing Director.
After moving to Australia, Rachel joined Ansett/Air New Zealand where she held a series of leadership positions including General Manager of operations & service design; and Vice President loyalty marketing.
After leaving Ansett, Rachel joined Performa Global, an aviation consulting firm, leading a series of management consulting assignments in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, France and South Africa.
Rachel joined GE Capital ANZ in mid-2006 as Marketing Director for card solutions, responsible for developing value proposition for retail finance products. In October 2011, she was promoted to lead the retailer solutions business and in February 2013 to lead the consumer finance business in Australia, which is now Latitude Financial Services.
Rachel is an Executive Director on a number of Latitude entities, and sits on the Australian Government’s treasury department inclusive leadership working group. Until recently, Rachel led the GE Women’s Network in ANZ.
Rachel holds a Masters in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts. She is married with two daughters.
When not at work Rachel enjoys being with her children, walking on the beach, horse riding and keeping up with world events.
