Greg White

Greg joined GE Capital in 2001 as the Integration Leader for the retail finance business upon the acquisition of the AGC business. After two years in this role he was appointed General Manager, sales and then promoted to Managing Director retail finance in 2005.

In late 2006 Greg took on the role of Managing Director of GE Money New Zealand. Key focusses were: the integration of the Pacific Retail Funding acquisition, leading the business and its staff through the global financial crisis, the consequent restructuring and successful turnaround of the business, signing of the strategically important Kiwibank partnership and strategic relationship management of key partners like Harvey Norman, Trade Me and the Noel Leeming Group.

In 2010 Greg returned to Melbourne to take on the role of Managing Director, retailer solutions. Greg led the execution of a significant growth agenda including signing of the Harvey Norman, Coles, Good Guys and Apple deals, delivery of the GEM Visa new product launch for A&NZ and a number of regulatory reform projects.

In late 2011 Greg was appointed as Managing Director of the custom fleet and equipment finance arms of GE Capital.

In February 2013, Greg was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for GE Capital A&NZ, which is now Latitude Financial Services. In this role Greg is responsible for operations, collections, IT, enterprise information management, sourcing, business transformation & digital, business assurance and BCP.

Prior to GE Capital, Greg had a long career with Westpac Bank and AGC, holding senior management roles in the consumer and commercial businesses across sales, operations, product management, commercial lending and collections.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Swinburne University in Melbourne, an MBA from Deakin University in Melbourne, and is a certified practising accountant (CPA).
